[Updates] What we learned about ABQ "Open" Data

Open is in the eyes of the beholder!
But we've made a start:

So, this is a fun and useful start that might end up with an APP PRIZE from the city next year!
Tasks include:

1. Learning about the ArcGIS SDK for iOS 

2. Learning how to manipulate XCEL into JSON

3. Adding all of the services into AbqData.json so we can test what's provided and develop UI for different data sets
