CPU: Intel i5-3570k at 3.4GhZ, 3.8 boost (internet says it should be safely OC-able up to 4.2 GHz, but I haven't tested it)
CPU Cooler: Stock Intel with reapplied Arctic Silver 5
Motherboard: ASRock Z77 Extreme4
RAM: Corsair 2x8GB 1600MHz DDR3
Storage: Seagate BarraCuda ST31000524AS 1TB HDD @ 7200RPM w/ 32MB cache
Video Card: Zotac Nvidia GTX 660 w/ 2GB DDR5 VRAM
Case: DIYPC Solo-T1-R Black
Front Panel: 2 USB 2 and 1 USB 3, headphone and microphone ports, all working
Back Panel: 2 USB 2, 4 USB 3, Ethernet, onboard HDMI, VGA, and DVI, dedicated HDMI, VGA, and DVI, audio plugs, all tested and working, untested (but probably working) USB1 and PS/2 keyboard ports and dedicated displayport.
PSU: Coolermaster RS-500-PCAR-D3
Software + OS: I can preinstall a registered copy of Windows 10 Home, or any GNU/Linux Distribution at buyer's request. 

Other: 8GB USB stick with OS install media.
Acer H236HL 1080p 60Hz 23 inch monitor

Caveats: No motherboard IO shield (I lost mine), and my cable management is terrible

Pricing: 500 dollars, or 450 dollars without the monitor.
