Position Summary:	Project ECHO (Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes) is seeking an experience analyst / programmer 3 to join its talented, fast-paced team. The successful candidate will support a variety of programming development projects underway including supporting the conversion from iHealth (the current system being used to manage patient data for presentation during teleECHO clinics) to ECHO Health (a newly developed platform that significantly improves upon past functionality). They will also support the development of interfaces with external programs used to manage ECHO and its clinics including Box, Teamwork, Zoom, and Moodle with ECHO Health. After this transition period, there will be an on-going work to add features, enable intersite communication (as we issue many instances of this software to our partners around the globe), and developing further applications to support the many teleECHO clinics and innovative care models. This position requires some evening and weekend work.

Minimum Qualifications:	Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. 

Bachelor's degree; at least 4 years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. 

OR 

Successful completion of at least 60 college-level credit hours; at least 6 years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.  
Preferred Qualifications:	
LAMP-based web development where these components are used: 
A PHP-based framework such as Laravel, CodeIgniter, Symfony, and others. 
Standard web development tools such as SASS, Compass, Bower, Grunt, and others. 
A responsive framework such as Bootstrap, AngularJS, Polymer, Foundation, Gumby, Skeleton, or others. 
Thorough understanding of basic web dev languages such as HTML, CSS, ECMAScript, and others. 
Thorough understanding of basic concepts such as OOP, MVC, Agile, SOLID, and others.
