Dickon Kent, Founder and Chief Creative Officer
Dickon is dsire's primary Creative Director and UX designer/strategist. For over 15 years he has led the design and development of multiple online applications for globally recognized brands such as IBM, Nestle, Disney, Television Academy and Paramount Pictures. Developing and integrating a brand and its message into multiple visual mediums is second nature to this Webby Nominated designer.

Jee Vahn Knight, CEO and Project Director

Jee oversees all of dsire creative projects. She has been managing and executing projects for a decade, ranging from standalone websites and applications to $5M+ multi-year efforts. She works closely with top decision-makers at the Television Academy, Paramount Pictures, the Alameda County Family Justice Center and the California Clinical Forensic Medical Training Center. She is fluent in both the scope and language of technology as well as the needs of her clients.
