[Updates] Survey about Game Development in NM

This came up in the context of discussions
with people who are concerned about economic
development in NM. I want to do an informal
survey at CC, since a number of you do games.

* Did you know that NM Movie Tax Credits also apply to video game 
development?
* Have you applied or would you apply for them?
* Would such tax credits make any difference in the projects you 
attempt (to start a profitable company)?
* If not, what would make a difference (to start a profitable company)?

Results will be reported to CC and to NM Business First.
